Absolutely amazing hotel with pleasant and helpful staff, from the reception team to the catering staff, especially our waiter. Quiet, clean, and with a lovely pool. We had no problems at all during our stay. The reception girls were always helpful and happy to answer any questions.
Small thing: some of the light bulbs 💡 are a little bit too dim. It might be better to increase the number of lumens. :)

We were family of 4, we chouse the please due to the location, and we were very happy with everything else. There was noting that made us disappointed - the parking option was great, Sunny beach is not easy to find parking so the parking option was great. The pool was perfectly located with sun during the day and planty of chairs and umbrellas if you need, bathroom just next to it, so no need to run to the room. Super clean in the room and in the whole facility. Strong internet, AC in each room. Always hot water.
It is not something we didn't like but just a small suggestion would be to have couple of plates and cutlery in the kitchen, because there were water cup and coffee cups only.
