The receptionist was quite understanding and fulfilling some of our special requests, room was spacious, beds were really comfortable, large bathroom, everything was clean around.
Hotel somewhat does not meet expectations that should be standard for 4 star hotel, like there was no free water available in the rooms. Breakfast offer was acceptable, but not as good as it would be typical for such level hotel, like selection of fresh salad and fish. Of course, it is okay for staying one night in the hotel, but would be annoying for a longer stay.

Staff was very friendly and location was very convenient for me
The hotel already needs some renovation, a bit old. The breakfast was acceptable, but not great.
