Great value apartment

Very good value. Comfortable and decent size of apartment for the price.

I received a text asking about what time I was checking in (late). I replied immediately. When I arrived at the accommodation there was nobody in reception and nobody answering the telephone number on the door. A resident gave me another number and someone arrived to give me my keys.

Valor excessivo por noite para a qualidade prestada que foi nenhuma, apartamento com baratas os meus filhos até com trauma ficaram tive que deitar todo a comida fora porque a mesma estava cheio de baratas, e deixei de comer algo no apartamento, tive que fazer as refeições fora devido à falta de higiene. Relativamente à vossa resposta, informei por varias vezes a receção da questão das baratas e nada o fizeram desinfestação é mentira, caso fizessem não era o caos de baratas todos os dias

Not a good service

They were bit not understanding and wants money on cash and we had problem having cash which was bit sad and we had give 200 for nothing as a deposit and to wait for more than 15 minutes just to get money

Bit disappointing

Good value for money,lovely gardens,nice bar staff

The ownership has changed,not shown to room or helped with luggage,no cleaning for whole week,used to be every day,no bins emptied even bathroom one containing used toilet paper 💩 towels changed once,used to be a great place now sadly not so great

The apartments need some updating and TLC. if this was done, with the snack bar open, it'll be great

Pools are lovely, the garden and surrounding area is beautiful - 30 mins walk to beach, 10 min walk to a few bars / restaurants. if relaxing is what you want - this is a quiet place. Staff were helpful

The bar / restaurant was closed which is disappointing (not even a welcome drink or vending machine for drinks). The apartment was large and clean but very dated. beds and sofabed were hard, microwave had rust up the side, TV (although not used) had 7 local channels only. The staff seem to have their hands tied as to what they can do!

choice of two pools, shops, bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away

Quite a walk to beach. Having to pay 200 euro security deposit, then wait up to two weeks for it to be put back on your card. We were very unfortunate to have very noisy quest in the two apartments below us, often banging doors shouting till early hours, although this has nothing to do with the apartment . Just ignorant people, with no consideration for others.

Very good

The room was very nice and big with a good equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The pool was nice and clean.

We were calling the place 5 times before we arrived starting 3 hours prior to our arrival and there was no answer. when we got there no one was in the reception, even though it was their working hours and no one answered the phone. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes untill the guy at the bat went to find the receptionist. The place also billed me twice for the stay on my credit card, and it still not resolved.

Management using Covid as an excuse for subpar accommodation

The private balcony with sun loungers The water pressure was good

The pillows were awful. This was the first time I was bitten by mosquitos in Portugal so I would guess the accommodation was the reason. Probably because it's not being cleaned regularly. This was a big annoyance. The fact that they were using Covid for the reason that in the week I stayed there, my room wasn't cleaned once. I only received clean towels once after three days. Not one member of staff was wearing masks so they obviously weren't worried about Covid. Just the money being saved by supplying only two toilet rolls for a week stay, expecting guests to buy their own rubbish bags and emptying it themselves. I received better upkeep in accommodation where I paid a fraction of the price and when we still had to wear masks on flights.
