The view was exceptional; The room was nicely decorated and it was very clean; The variety for breakfast was good and the quality was decent; Staff was very polite and competent.
We had 27 degrees in the room and the only way to cool it was by opening the window which during the night was very noisy with all the cars and music; The coffee during the breakfast was terrible; Parking was mostly not available and we had to go looking around the hotel.

The shower leaks under the rubber seals from the glass... I have tried different ways of positioning the window but the floor gets really wet and with that, very slippery (not good for older people) my colleague (different room) had the same problem,. The shower head is loose in the wall bracket so it can not be secured to spray in one direction.

Location
AC broken for two days. Some front desk staff was unhelpful and rude. Shower broken and difficult to use.
