Gorgeous, very beautiful place and the hotel area. Very nice room with a sea view. Comfortable beds, good breakfast. Amazing spa - nice facilities often available for you only (if you are in luck and no one is in the spa), great treatments. Staff very polite, friendly and really helpful if you need anything- issues are sorted as soon as possible. 2nd time we are staying at this hotel, and will definitely come again next year
Cleaning is variable depending on who’s working on the day - sometimes really good, sometimes can be very late (we travel with a dog and have to book it for certain time). We’ve got not a very nice room, noisy and which didn’t feel quite safe, on -2 floor at the beginning which was a bit frustrating - however thanks to Andreas who took our concerns very seriously we moved to another, great room a couple of days later.

Location, views and how friendly staff were. They helped us out changing our room when we couldn’t sleep at night due to noisy neighbours. Pretty efficient.
If I had to mention something it would be the WiFi coverage. However, personally, didn’t need it as we were in a full relax mood.

The room and surroundings were lovely!
Because we booked through booking.com we had NO access to the spa!!! The spa was the reason we booked the place!!! The staff treated us like 2nd class guests as we had not booked through the hotel itself. No free spa access, no water or coffee in the room. Dinner and breakfast only from the buffet. And the reception staff was super unfriendly about it. It made me very sad to be treated like this.
