Location was very convenient for Palais De Congres
Hotel was clean and comfortable and fairly good value
The lift is tiny. Stairs is a pretty spiral staircase, we just walked up stairs.

Small room, no real work place, hotel entrance and lift under renovation, no breakfast facilities (due to renovation), very expensive for room offered
