Very well located. Comfortable walk to all the landmarks - arc de triomphe, champs élysées. Rooms are not bad- mine was good for two people and quite well appointed. I found it very comfortable
The lift and the stairs combo is not built for heavy luggage

Really helpful staff both day and night able to help with enquiries and transport as needed. Room and bathroom very clean. Issues with booking.com were tackled by the hotel manager so that I did not have to worry about it during my stay and was satifactorily resolved.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very nice and helpful, and allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated.
It was a little expensive but we found it difficult to get a family room in Paris.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very far from the center and the double bed is VERY SMALL which made our stay a bit uncomfortable.
