The hairdryer. It’s a common problem with hotels. They don’t have a cold function or an on/off button which is painful on the wrist because you have to hold a button down for it to work.

Pretty good location. Pretty good price point.
“Upgraded” my room to a worse room. It was bigger than the room I had booked, but did not have some of the amenities I specifically booked the room for. The bathroom was filthy upon check in, including obvious marks all over the mirrors. The staff would knock on the door despite the Do Not Disturb being on.
