The door opens automatically when you get in. The staff were very helpful and always with a smile. I like that they made me feel comfortable when I spoke to them and they spoke English.
The breakfast is 17 euro per person (a good deal). I recommend the breakfast.
When we got in from the Train Station in Paris Nord, we were told via the website of Welcome Pickups to go to the red statue or the driver will put a sign up with our last name or surname on it. When we arrived at the train station no one was there to meet us with a sign and no one was at the Red Statue. The driver called us but he was somewhere else and we told him to pick us up at the Quality Burger but he never showed up, we waited for 10 to 15 minutes but no one came so we decided to get on a Taxi instead. The driver was nice to call us up but we were already on the taxi. The cost was 14.50 euro using the taxi. I recommend as a tourist to take the taxi first to your hotel. The taxi driver got us there fast.
I am not sure if they are building another floor on the ground floor, but I think it's best to have an elevator on the ground floor so that someone who is handicap can go up instead of going up the stairs where the taxi drops you off in Rue Victor Hugo. The steps was about 20-24 steps up to the hotel and then turn right and there are 4 more steps to go down to the hotel. It's hard when you have luggage, but a nice gentlemen from somewhere helped us bring up our luggage. Be aware that there is another charge when you get in the hotel, the receptionist called it some type of a local tax called Tax Seymour for 11.06 euro a day. The room was small but cozy, enough for my husband and myself.
I am not saying that this hotel was bad, this hotel was great, great location, great staff and great breakfast.

Great location near the Arc de Triomphe and La Tour Eiffel. Excellent boulangerie around the corner and easy access to the metro.
