Great location and staff.
No elevator - difficult for moving heavy suitcase. Room air conditioner was vey noisy and not working correctly.

L'emplacement est idéal, proche des sites emblématiques de Paris tout en offrant un cadre calme et raffiné. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel a été d'une gentillesse et d'une attention remarquables, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Nous reviendrons !

Its location to the start of the marathon. Sadly not the tiny boiling hot room or the very average staff.
Advertised features such as a bath, air conditioning and tea maker did not exist. The cleaning was non existent. When we asked for towels to be changed they took them away without bringing new ones. I’d asked to use a microwave to heat my pre race breakfast but despite saying yes in an email at booking, they didn’t honour this when asked.
