Location close to the airport

We have booked 2 bedroom appartment. After arrival after midnight, we found one bedroom locked!! So we spent very hot night squeezing in one room with family of 4 - nobody could sleep properly.

I will back

Friendly and helpfull stuff. I had some problem with my room but it was fixed asap.

In my room I had dirty black spots on bedsheet but it wasn'r any problem change room.

The hotel is very nice the staff is very helpful. Its good they have breakfast for the price of 9 euro because when you are terrible hungry its a life saviour but its kind of expensive considering what they offer. The hotel is pet friendly and situated in a good location close to tram subway bus etc. Free car park on the side

Our room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful with a large shower and full tub. their were room darkening drapes and it was very quiet up on the top floor.

We had a very short, yet pleasant stay, very much to the young man in the reception, who stayed beyond his working hours to help us enter and held the last parking place for us, an act of kindness that does not pay off, for which we were entirely grateful.

Fine for a stopover to or from the Alps

Family rooms for up to 4 persons Old town of Neurenberg is nice and a 25 min walk or short subway ride

Somewhat outdated To hot Bathroom could be cleaner / updated

Nice short stay in ideal location for getting to airport

Overnight stay in Nuremberg to get to the airport the next day. Great location for getting to airport on the metro - the station is just around the corner and then it is less than 10 minutes ride. Generously sized room (twin room), good bathroom, no problems whatsoever! Very good value for money

Not the most beautiful part of town (more residential and therefore not many restaurants in the area), but for our purpose it was ideal.

Really enjoyed staying at Christal, will definitely rebook there when we come back in 2 years

Breakfast was decent, coffee abundant, and 5 min walk from Shoppershof subway

Rooms cleaned earlier, cups and glasses cleaned when room is cleaned. Maybe look at single beds when 3-4 people staying in a room.

Room too hot no air-conditioning

Room was much too hot. No air-conditioning in a very hot week. With the sun on the windows it got so hot that it was hard to sleep.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff.

The room and the hotel were exceptionally clean. The staff was polite and friendly.

An AC unit in the room would be very much appreciated in the hot summer evenings.

Very hot in June, did not like my stay at all.

Private parking, clean room

No climate control and no fan, temperature in room was above 30C. No chance to get a decent night sleep :-(

Dog things in the room were a nice touch. I absolutely loved it. The room was small and clean. Enough for short trip.

We got a room on second floor without an elevator which was not ideal for our corgi but we managed :)

Very pleasant

nice architecture - good building Car park was good. German traditional hotel - family business. Nice atmosphere.

My room was a single and though perfectly adequate it felt a bit cramped and was near to the lift. Quite a busy city hotel but in quiet road so was fine. The biggest problem was Saturday morning the restaurant area for breakfast was nowhere near big enough for the hotel and many guests could not get tables. it was quite chaotic! This was disappointing from quite a classy hotel. Understandably the little bar at reception was closed due to Covid but would be v nice in better times. could do with more space for the bar and breakfast room. Car park at back was good so not sure what the answer would be! Tiefgarage I suppose!

There was no air conditioning in our room. It was very warm during the night and hard to sleep.

We like the overall feel of the hotel. It's very pleasant in a quiet neighbourhood easily assessable to the train station. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Value for money.
