The location is excellent and it is very quite and relaxing there. Ideal for hiking and cycling. The staff member greeting us was very nice but also mentioned that they were under staffed. The lady who conducted the checkout was quite grumpy and made the guests wait for 15 min, she also did not acknowledge my complaints regarding cleanliness and state of facilities. The breakfast was very good, but overpriced.
We had a very nice room with balcony, but the balcony was probably cleaned several weeks ago. It was filthy and covered in dead wasps. The railing was covered in green algae. The towels in the bathroom had stains. In the swimming pool were jet streams, but unfortunately they were all broken, so the Spa aspect was not really there.
