The room was nice and clean, with a pretty balcony. Everyone was very friendly. Especially, Matea on the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bistro and the view of Vatican were absolutely amazing. The drinks and pinza Nikola made were delicious. Nikola made our whole stay and the trip very special. He gave us great recommendations, chatted to us for hours, was so nice and welcoming! We also had breakfast on one fhe mornings, which was very very nice, too. Gabrielle, serving breakfast, was very cheerful and friendly and his coffees were delicious. Overall, great stay and we will come back again!

The reception staff were very helpful during the check in, and check out process. Bruce was particularly helpful in getting us a taxi!

Location of the hotel is very good, which is very close Spanish Steps. Staff is very helpful, they’re doing their best to help.
Elevator is very very small. Room is small. Beds are not comfortable. Some any reason we need to call technic team every day. We faced several issues regarding room facilities.
