Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Lots of facilities for children. Nice breakfast, close to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable. No reserving of sunbeds and other guests respectful. Great to be able to rent bikes and frequently as you liked.
Toiletries available in the bathroom could be improved and upgraded

Excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, good underground garage parking for cars and motorbikes, in walking distance to the see and Riva restaurants.

The hotel was clean, the room was large (we had a junior suite), the staff was friendly, and the location wasn’t bad (500M to the lake and 1.5KM to old town).
Two things: the location of our room and breakfast.
Maybe it’s us but,the last six times we reserved a room through Bookings.com, we end up getting a room that they probably wouldn’t rent to guests that reserve directly. Ours was facing north with little view… mostly the garage entrance and the high-rise next door. We were also on the 1st floor, above the breakfast room, where every morning people would drag their chairs across the tile floor, resulting in loud vibration noises in our room. Also , the hotel staff would noisily drag items out of the garage in the early mornings. (See picture 1).
Breakfast was plentiful but needs work. The eggs were way undercooked and there was only one very slow coffee machine for the entire hotel, resulting in long queues. (See picture 2).
