Lage war super: sehr zentral unweit Stadtzentrum/ Einkaufszentrum/ Tankstelle/ Restaurants und Strand alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar..Küchenausstattung war sehr gpflegt. Der Herd sehr modern. Sehr schöne Boden. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Wohnungsgröße würde ich als mittelmäßig beschreiben und entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die genaue Größe ging leider aus der Beschreibung nicht hervor. Es fehlte, vor Allem in Bad und Küche an Aufhänge- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der winzige Tisch auf dem winzigen Balkon war mehr zur Deko.
Küchenausstattung vom Umfang her noch tragbar.
Klimaanlage nicht wie beschrieben in allen Räumen; in einem Schlafzimmer nicht.
Waschmaschine nicht in der Wohnung sondern neben der Rezeption.

The location was perfect - just a 10 min stroll into the old town where you had plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a pleasant one. We had a lovely large terrace, which we used and whilst this was next to the parking, it felt private due to the use of plants once you were sat down. Overall we had a lovely week exploring Riva and other towns of Lake Garda.
We didn’t have the best view when on the terrace but knew this when we booked the apartment.

Es war einfach das beste Aufenthalt, das wir in den letzten 10 Jahren, am Gardasee hatten.
Chef sehr kompetent und Frau Jasmin jederzeit nett und hilfsbereit.
Dürften sogar 8 Stunden vorher einchecken (die Abfahrt verlief diesmal ohne Probleme).
Würden sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Sehr ruhige, aber zentrale Lage.
Die hauseigenen Fahrräder haben wir jeden Tag genutzt um die nähere Gegend zu erkunden.
Der Garten mit kleinem Pool waren top gepflegt und wir haben uns gerne dort abgekühlt. Parkplatz im Hof war kostenlos und viel Wert mitten in der Stadt.
Wir können es gerne weiterempfehlen!
