Location, cleanliness, great management
Upstairs bathroom lack of good lighting

Very short walk to the beach and historic town sites.
Feels brand new in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
Air conditioning was super.
Located at a very busy intersection/roundabout but zero noise at night. The outside walls seem to built like a castle!
Need to update and provide more detailed directions to the offsite parking lot. It was a challenge to find for someone not acquainted with the town layout.

The location is perfect near everything you will not need a car, you will reach everything by walking . They provide a parking . Easily and clear check in and check out.
I don’t like early check out but I think is a system for all property in Italy

Location was good, nice and central close to shops, supermarkets and foreshore.
Lack of facilities, no washing liquid, no tea towels, no soap bars or shampoo. Lighting was very poor, lack of reception staff, stayed 4 days and didn't see anyone in reception office the whole time.
