Excellent location right in front of the ferry dock which was very convenient and beautiful views across the lake to the mountains particularly from the breakfast conservatory. Very good breakfast , lots of choice. Clean hotel, comfortable room. Deck and pool area relaxing.
The pool was very cold. The staff on reception could be more welcoming and friendly. The information could be explained in more detail .. correctly .. for example when explaining that could have a Garda guest card which gives discounts on the ferry ..which reception emails you a link to code in number of guests and days of stay .. wasn't explained could only use card once on one trip and if 2 people on it but only 1 travelling the unused one not carried over ...

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms.
They have parking spaces but unless you booked through their own website, e.g. not through Booking…they send you to the top of the public garage. Apparently it’s their management’s rules.

Location.... Breakfast
Small rooms.... Hard bed.... No Tea/Coffee in room.... No bar in hotel!... Paper cups in room to drink from mini bar (Pathetic).... Tiny pool... False advertising (Pool looks big)

"Great location for the ferry port. Rooftop pool was lovely and well maintained.
Perfect spot for exploring and the door leads straight onto the front where all the shops, bars and restaurants are.
