No lunchtime bar snacks/ light meals. Very convenient for airport, but immediate surrounds not great

The restaurant at this hotel is the stand out. It’s excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner during our stay and all meals were fantastic. The hotel room itself isn’t much to write home about but is clean and functional.
There was no coffee/tea kettle in room. No smart tv.

The rooms were very basic. no robes, no slippers. I would expect those in this kind of hotel.

Location
My air conditioner barely worked the room was 24 degrees Celsius and my telephone was completely broken. I complained to the front desk twice about the temp she sent the tech out who claimed he would fix something outside and it would get better. It cooled to 23.5 degrees Celsius.
The breakfast was subpar by anyone’s standards for an Italian hotel.
