The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our smelly clothes from hiking the Alta Via 1 washed and dried within a few hours. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel itself quite attractive. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of fresh fruit along with the usual offerings. Location was excellent, with a good restaurant next door, and walking distance to the train station.

Great location - v central. Nice room. Comfortable beds and good en-suite. Staff helpful and flexible - allowed us to store bags when came in early from AV1. Did a wash/dry of clothes quickly. Good breakfast.
Bar was not so enticing but not a problem as keen to go out.

The location is good
The man who works at the front desk was extremely rude to me. He told me he hates Donald Trump and I should go back to America and never come back to Italy. At first I thought I misunderstood, but soon realized he was very serious. I felt very upset and frightened. We tried to deadbolt the door. We were truly scared of this man. If the owner of the hotel should read this, please know one of your staff is not representing your hotel well.
