Dimensioni dell'alloggio, condizioni generali dell'alloggio e disponibilità e rapidità dello staff quando chiamato in causa
- Comunicazione preventiva (arrivati sul posto non avevamo i codici di accesso)
- All'interno dell'appartamento ci sono parecchi vermicelli/lombrichi che anche una volta scopati via riappaiono copiosi (andrebbe capita la causa) perchè comunque penalizza il livello di pulizia della struttura
- Lo sciacquone del bagno era rumoroso in quanto per ricaricare la vasca dell'acqua impiegava parecchio tempo complice un probabile difetto.

Location ottima, l’abbiamo trovata conveniente anche sull’aspetto della sua ubicazione, infatti distava sempre max una ventina di minuti dalle principali attrazioni locali.
Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza “Primula”, arredata con gusto e molto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort.
L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile nonostante, per esigenze, l’abbiamo chiamato oltre gli orari indicati.
Qualche ragnetto potrebbe fare accesso alla stanza, ma ricordiamo che gli appartamenti sono immersi nella natura quindi tutto sommato era un aspetto che avevamo messo in conto :)

Having stayed at (Stella) Nature Retreat for four nights and reading all the reviews, I do not understand all the "fantastic" and "amazing" reviews. So, in order to help both you future guests and perhaps the host, I set out to write an honest review. The good, the bad and the opportunities (I will skip the ugly). The good:
1. This place is clean! Both the room and shared kitchen was clean. The kitchen is cleaned on a daily basis. Everything but the cucumber in the fridge from previous visitors that was barely recognisable and half way in it's process to re-incarnate as a soup.
2. The view was very nice - though only from the balcony. The view from the window was disappointing (unless you like to look at a wall of bushes).
3. The location was great - a quiet area just outside Belluno, and hour away from Venice and Punta Rocca.
4. God Bless that airco. We could keep the windows closed and keep the insects out, and still sleep soundly.
The bad:
1. As mentioned before the view from the room is very poor. About 4-5 meter from the window you stare at the mountain/hill, full of bushes.
2. The interior decoration is not done with style. Hell, I'm no interior decorator, but a too-small desk with ugly plastic chair, a sleeping couch (that sits like shit and sleeps even worse) - man, it's such a shame! The rooms are spacious, you can do so much more with the space you have! And oh yeah: put in a descent fridge while you're at it.
3. The bathroom lay-out from our room was too cramped. We couldn't even open the door normally and the shower was too small for comfort.
4. There was an espresso machine in the room, but no water boiler. And only a few paper cups for espresso. Missed opportunity.
5. There wasn't a place to store clothes/bags. Only a shelf and a few hangers.
6. Acoustic insulation is poor. You can hear people walking on the floor above.
7. The outside area is poorly kept.
This place offers a lot of opportunities, with a bunch of quick wins. Put a few small tables and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee and the beautiful view of the landscape. Create a lounging area outside maybe? Re-decorate the rooms, and this place jumps from a 6 to a 8+ (in my humble opinion).
