My room was spacious, clean, with decent shower; breakfast was great with many options and a wide choice of teas, water, fresh fruit, so surprisingly good for a hotel in the south. For my requirements, perfect location.
The AC could not be switched off and the max temperature was set to 22 degrees (too cold for current temperatures). Solution was to open the window which stops the AC, but it should not be necessary to use such a workaround. The fridge in the room could only store 4 500ml water bottles, but not any larger items. Strange.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were modern, spacious and equipped with everything one might need. Mattresses were firm, something I personally prefer. Stuff was very helpful. Quick and easy checking in and out. Asked for 2 rooms close together and 2 twin beds, request fulfilled. Late check out until 12pm also an advantage.
It's half a mile from the closest metro station.

One of reception staff males we encountered several times was snobby and disregarded our requests.
No tea or coffee facilities in room
Kettle had short cord and could only reach plug if it was placed on the floor.
Walls are paper thin. Neighbors loud and were smoking and it came thru the air vents in our room.
