Instalaciones, limpieza, personal y servicio a y desde aeropuerto
La ubicación muy alejada del centro. Si bien al frente del hotel tenes un bus que te lleva al centro, demora como 40 minutos que te hace perder mucho tiempo.
Sugerencia: deberían tener el mismo servicio que tienen de transfer hacia el aeropuerto, que lleve a los huéspedes también hacia el centro., con variedad de horarios.

-El trato del personal en recepción y los camareros del buffet fue excelente, muy amables.
-La habitación era amplia con mucho espacio para guardar las cosas, una mesa con dos sillas, cama cómoda y grande, TV grande y muy bien equipada sobre todo en el baño con las cosas de aseo.
-El bufet desayuno, fue increíble, muchísima variedad, de marca, buenísimo, recomendable al 100% coger el desayuno en ese hotel.
-A pesar de que el personal fuera así lo que no nos gustó fue que las del servicio de limpieza o el servicio en las habitaciones también llamasen a nuestro ascensor teniendo el suyo propio teníamos que esperar.
-Cuando entrabas el olor no era muy amigable, olía como a “baño” aunque al estar allí al final te acostumbrabas.
-He de decir que lo peor es la insonorización, dormimos fatal hasta las tantas de la mañana, ya que parecía que los de la habitación de al lado estaban con nosotras en la nuestra, es un fallo bastante importante, sobretodo para el descanso.
-En nuestra opinión bastante caro para lo que fue.

Everything. This is our second last night in Spain stay in 2 years. The hotel shuttle was able to pick us up at airport before we checked in after we dropped off rental car. Only 10 minutes away. We were promptly dropped off the next morning at our terminal. The breakfast is the best we have ever enjoyed, anywhere! The selection is truly impressive and international. We enjoyed dinner the night we stayed as well and appreciated the personal attention from Mario, the dining room manager in selecting some Madrid vermouth to finish our meal. The entire staff were most attentive and accommodating.
We liked everything! The property is located in a busy business area near major highways and a bit removed from Madrid attractions or we would have stayed there our entire Madrid stay. ( Metro stop is 15 minute walk )

Close to the airport and good for a short stay.
Got two rooms, one had a king bed and the one assigned to us had a full size bed and was very tiny. Were expecting at least a queen size bed. Couldn’t sleep well.

L’hôtel est très classe. Notre chambre était spacieuse. La salle de bain a tous les équipements et produits nécessaires de la marque Rituals. Nous avons mangé au restaurant le soir. Les entrées (croquetas truffés) et les plats sont excellents. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande vivement le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet le matin qui est dans l’autre restaurant. Il est complet et de qualité. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car nous nous rendions à un événement à l’ifema : emplacement idéal.

Cama y ropa muy cómodas. Baño con secador potente. Gel, champú, suavizante y crema de rituals. Restaurante con buena cocina y personal amable.
Aunque parada de bus y taxis en puerta, está un poquito alejado de Madrid centro. Pero no tuvimos problema. Incluso utilizamos metro. Un paseíto.

Pequeno almoço super completo, camas, limpeza, estacionamento do hotel, funcionários, televisão, comodidades em geral, localização, paragem de autocarro à porta, produtos da rituals na casa de banho, excelente! Check in e Check out super rápidos!
Houve um engano por parte da recepção que trocou os nossos quartos, o piso do nosso quarto era descaído, o que fazia com que uma das camas também estivesse descaída....banheira na casa de banho também não nos agradou, embora o chuveiro fosse excelente!

Segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. Eso dice lo mucho que nos gusta este Hotel. Destaco la amabilidad de cada persona que trabaja en él. Hacen que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.
Esta vez la habitación era más pequeña que la anterior. Pero no por ello era súper bonita, cómoda y acogedora al 100%.

Excellent hotel. In all senses
We stayed there to take a very early plane and it was a much better hotel than others in downtown
Excellent beds also which is not a very often quality you can find in hotels even 4-5 stars.

Por poner algún pero, la ubicación. Si quieres visitar el centro tienes que andar un rato hasta la parada de metro más cercana y luego ir sobre 20minutos.

The 'Level' facility (a private area with seating, games and separate breakfast). access to which came with the 'premium' room booking, was excellent. as was the premium bedroom size and service across the hotel generally.
The third bed was a settee-bed. Those are never as comfortable for our son. There was plenty of room for a singe bed to be brought in instead of the settee-bed (or alongside it if there was no desire to move out the settee bed).

Great hotel, clean, comfortable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They helped from the moment we arrived, with all the luggage. Probably one of the best buffet breakfast we have ever had!
The toiletries needed to be requested, great from sustainability point of view but less convenient for the guests, that need to open the app to see what’s available. The requests from the app didn’t go through and I still had to go to reception to ask for it

- The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms too, very clean and spacious.
- The mattress and pillows were amazing, lot's of choice, personally I always have trouble in hotel pillows, they are either too thin or too thick. They have 3 types there, you just have to choose your favorite.
- The toiletries were really nice too, from Rituals, very good quality.
- Also, the staff was really nice, the check-in was fast and they also offered us something at the end of our stay.
- The location, it's a bit far away from the nearest metro station (13min walking). At night the path looks a bit quiet and unsafe. But nothing happened to us.

we had a total of 3 room and one of the rooms had a strange smell. Once we opened the windows it was manageable.

The staff is always willing to help, and very polite.
extremely good breakfast found everything to my liking.
The shuttle service was the first thing I notice and was the reason I choose that hotel, and I don't regret that.
