Everything was great, honestly. The location was perfect for exploring the city by public transport. The apartment was very well equipped, and the balcony was a lovely bonus — perfect for having breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Smooth check in and check out process.
For three of us -parents and 6 yo - the size of the apartment was quite ok but I can imagine it could be too small for some people.

It was very near family we were visiting and pretty close to airport (not so good if you are just going to central Madrid). Apartments clean and comfortable.
Difficult to use app, and sometimes took long time to get hold of management. Air conditioning broken in one unit and although management did respond communication was not complete to repairman and he wouldn’t enter while we were gone.
