The location, the cleanness and the elegant design are superb.
The hotel overpriced the rooms, and I paid that amount before they started to offer the same room, same package for almost half of the price I paid.

Very nice, staff was extremely helpful and for a handicap accent in the world class Hotel that I’ve seen ever everything was accessible and available
It was a little far from downtown, not undoable but just a little expensive take cabs

Cleaning staff was nice and accommodating. Hotel reception and bar area was nice, and breakfast was good.
Room was too warm, no central air to keep the room cool. I paid for breakfast for 2 nights but each morning at breakfast my name was not on the list and I was told I had to pay -- that was a bit frustrating. Hotel needs more international TV channel options and needs to upgrade infrastructure to provide modern telephone charging adapters, modern furniture etc.
