non ci tornerei più, e per questo tipo di hotel è decisamente troppo caro

letto comodo colazione: mi sarei aspettata più scelta per la cifra pagata

Un hotel ejemplar.

Lo que más nos gusto fue la tranquilidad, es decir, no sé escuchaba el ruido de las otras habitaciones. Otra cosa que nos gustaría resaltar es la amabilidad de todo su personal, nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos.

El único detalle que no nos gustó del Ilunion fue la comida de su restaurante: cara y de mala calidad.

Wonderful stay, staff were great, rooms were great.

Quarto confortável, mas não vale o custo benefício

A cama era enorme e muito confortável. Então dormimos muito confortavelmente em 2 adultos e 1 criança. O quarto tem um tamanho muito bom e um armário que dá um otimo apoio. O banheiro e chuveiro são bons também. O metrô está SUPER perto e tem cafés, restaurante e alguns comércios próximos, incluindo um mercado que ajudou a com algumas refeições rápidas e ótimas.

Não sei se foi um erro do booking ou do hotel, mas tenho certeza de ter fechado com café da manhã incluso e não estava considerado na minha estadia. Chegando lá, com uma criança + uma idosa + malas, não tive apoio quase nenhum da equipe para levar tudo para o quarto.

Modest hotel for a short trip

The hotel was generally ok due to its proximity to grocery stores, few restaurants and public transportation (metro, bus). It took about half an hour to reach city center. Beds were comfortable.

The standard rooms were so small that you’re unable to open up a regular 20kg luggage, felt too tiny being in such a room. The water pressure was poor and bathrooms visibly outdated. Hotel staff was moderately friendly, they even sometimes ignored when you said hi passing by the reception and were keen on finishing conversation when you had a few questions - perhaps too busy to accommodate guest experience. The breakfast staff requested payment upfront before enjoying meals which felt non-accommodating and invasive considering this could’ve easily be arranged at the check out or later at reception. Poor choice of breakfast options for vegetarians.

Good affordable option

- Excellent location right across the road from the metro so can get anywhere in the city quite easily - Supermarket next door and variety of food establishments nearby which is good. - 15 minute metro ride to centre of Madrid - Only 20 minute walk to Santiago Bernabeu - Excellent value for money can’t complain. Very impressed with the pricing for what I got.

- Don’t expect a particular good view from your room, not great. - I don’t know why but the noise is overwhelming, you can hear everything and I mean everything in the corridors, soon as the cleaners start outside, you feel like they are in your room, it’s so bad, very thin walls, if you are looking for peace and quietin your hotel, maybe not the best option in Madrid to choose from.

1- very clean room . 2-size of room was perfect. 3-comfort bed and bed maters. 4-location was very good. metro and bus station were next to the hotel.

1- refrigerator don't work good 2-tv wasn't smarts or android tv . tv channels were very limited. 3-sofa make a bad noise when we want seat. 4-brekfast was very very simple for the 4star hotel.

bad experience

the manager is really professional.

very bad maintenance of the bathtub anti-slip, it was damaged and super slippery, ended up in the hospital urgency room. the trip was very much ended the first day. :( the manger was professional and promised to refund the whole stay, but after 2 months, the money is still not refunded to me. :(

We enjoyed very much

The attention since we arrived to the hotel to the moment we left was amazing. The location is just 25-30 min from the centre and you have busses and metro within the same block.

The breakfast was very good, but it was missing eggs and sausages.

Cool design elements. Really bad bathroom. see pics!

The property had a modern entrance and interesting design elements in the room.

There were several things wrong with the bathroom. we arrived to a sliding door that would barely close, the tub’s fixture was coming out the wall, and a lack of drainage. Although the hotel staff remediated these issues eventually, the root of the problem is that there is no workable ventilation in bathroom.

it has become my new home in Madrid. clean , nice and spacious room , a beautiful bar and an amazing buffet breakfast. staff always great. this time I have to say Maria was the highlight but also Belen still warm and professional.

Worst Madrid Expirience

Moment when I left this damn place.

1. Wifi in rooms can't download a single web page, slow or not working. 2. There is a signs everywhere in the room with remind to save water or electricity, but when I opened a water, stream was so strong that blast on the sink was so strong that I stayed completely wet. 3. Personal not friendly, not inform you the proper way about all important moments, and when you got problems, because of incorrect information given on the reception, they will say we can not help you, more means ... off. 4. This hotel is cheating with parking, there is no parking in the hotel, there is a separate public parking under the hotel with price about 48 euro per 24 hours. 5. This was a most terrible experience in Madrid Hotels ever, I give this hotel 2 stars maximum, and I never call this hotel client oriented. 6. And there is no dressing ruff in the toilet. I do not recommend this hotel for family trips especially with the dogs. My "warmest" regards to the personal and senior manager.
