Centrally located and very posh hotel with underground secure parking so could leave excess bags in the trunk since it was just a one night stopover

Friendly and helpful staff. Views from room. Comfortable bed.pet friendly

We are happy to pay a supplement for our pets, we understand the extra cleaning necessary, however, policy has now changed to 35€ per dog, I'm not sure what the thinking is, In any case unlike other hotels (including some in the NH group) you get nothing for the supplement (which has now doubled if like us you have two dogs), no dog bed no water bowl no treats. At a recent stay at another hotel we were provided with a welcome pack for each of our dogs, it was a very nice touch, would be nice to see something like that at NH Aranjuez.

Nice location

The rooms are dreary and depressing. Old. Not light, bright or cherry. I found the hotel to be depressing. Not a good value for the money at all
