It was beyond our expectations, from the service of the reception to the hotel facilities. What we like the most is the view from our balcony, would love to come back one day.

Nice hotel, great pool with an amazing view. Spa part of the pool is with an additional charge but offers nice saunas and an additional pool. Restaurant setting was nice.
Our room was a spacious apartment, simple but clean.
We had booked an apartment for four persons. We knew that that would include a sofa bed but that they didn’t make the beds for us but only supplied the bedlinnen was something we did not expect.
Although the staff was friendly they were not super helpful and informed. (Both reception and restaurant)

Wonderful view, and lots of great amenities offered for families. The bungalow was very confortable. The location is great, close to markets and more. The restaurant offered some tasty food.

Amenities in the hotel were nice and the breakfast was nice too. The pool a little bit on the cold side but enjoyable if you kept moving. Chiquipark, animals and pretty scenery were bonuses that we were happy to have.
We stayed in the bungalows, had to take the car and to go up to the hotel since the road to walk passes by a road making it insane to take it with a toddler. There's nothing to enjoy this time of the year by the bungalows; playground is in terrible conditions and the area is sincerely bad looking. The camping part which was just below us looked like a very poor neighborhood in Detroit. The bungalow that was supposed to be for 4-6 people was extremely tiny, all the lights were bright white, which made it very uncomfortable at night. Hot water lasts one shower, no dishwasher, poorly equipped kitchen. In general, everything felt very cheap. Wont be back
