The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town and the grand Gazi mosque. The staff at reception and breakfast were incredibly friendly and helpful.
the rooms and facilities are quite old. We had to change rooms a couple of times due to issues with air conditioning. Breakfast was also the same every day during our five-night stay and could have been better.
Overall, the excellent location and amazing staff make it reasonable value for money, although the extra charge for parking was disappointing

We were really pleased with Hotel Art. It's located excellently next to the old town of Sarajevo - everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and super helpful. The rooms appeared to be renovated, and were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fine, we were happy to have any included in the price.
The bathrooms are a bit outdated, thats our main gripe.

Good location for accessing old town and sights. Walking distance to everything. Beds were super comfortable.
Parking was super difficult to get in and out. Staff were rude. Breakfast was barely edible/ not a huge range of hot food, pathway to breakfast room was through series of passage ways downstairs through staff and storage areas. Bathroom was old and the sink had no plug and had sewerage smells coming up from it. The shower was covered in mould. There was no hot water in the morning, eventually after running the shower for 30mins hot water started to come through but was luke warm. Windows aren’t sound proof - expect to be woken up before dawn from mosque next door. Lift temporarily broke, luckily we were only on the first floor.
