We loved the space of the apartment and the cooking area, the bath was amazing so big and deep
On checking out we decided to have a coffee in reception and there were no cups and no one at reception so we opened the cupboard and took out some paper cups. I was then shouted at in front of everyone for doing this and told of like a child by a teenage man. I was very taken back so after 10 minutes I addressed the situation to be rudely spoken to again by the same young man. Shame this ruined the whole stay for us as the pretty blonde girl on reception was so lovely, I was with my son who has autism and he was really upset about the way I was treated.

A clean and nice place, about a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 9. I stayed for two nights, and the area felt safe and secure. The place has all the necessary faciliti
If the reception had remote access to the parking gate, guests wouldn’t need to drive back to the hotel desk to return the key. Finding a parking spot in front of the hotel can be a bit tricky. I’m sharing this as a suggestion for future improve

convenient location, helpful staff, good breakfast
We were with our children and you gave us 2 comfortable rooms (close to each other and at the end of the corridor, thank you very much)
The room was clean upon arrival. The central light bulb in the room didn't work (room 422)
During the four days we stayed at the hotel, we only asked for the room to be made up one night, and it wasn't satisfactory (the vacuum cleaner wasn't used, and the bed wasn't made properly).
