I will definitely come back

The best part of the hotel was the staff , they were always super Friendly and helpful. The size of the apart was also very good, the location is good as well close to everything but on a very quiet road.

Highly recommended

Staff were friendly, hardworking, and attentive. The lady that serves the breakfast was fantastic, so nice and the food delicious. The place was clean, roomy, and comfortable.

Good

Strategical position for Cruz del Sur bus station (5 minutes walking). We had to leave very early in the morning and we were given breakfast before the expected hour in room - very kind of them.

Our window was on a very narrow and dark place, no light and no view from there.

Our stay was okay but , unfortunately, we would not stay here again, unless they make some major changes.

The location was good. The staff was very nice. Viviana was kind and left us some hotel goodies. The bedroom had a heater, which is hard to find in Peru.

The building is very old. The hotel is much in need to get upgrades. The couch had a bad odor. We got the feeling that this room might be used by some employees to rests(?), one walked in without knocking, we hadn’t locked the door. We had requested a room with 2 beds but received one with one smaller bed. Breakfast was simple and with orange juice that isn’t fresh, unusual in Peru. staff was very kind.

Exception place to stay. Great staff great location

Close to bus terminals of Cruz del Sir and Movie. There is supermarkwt about 15 minute walk banks nearby and is great safe location. Breakfast was more than expected all was wonderful

Fantastic suites and very comfortable beds

They were tremendously helpful and friendly! Our stay here was excellent! Breakfast was a fantastic experience and they even provided us with a van when our luggage wouldn't fit into the local taxis.

There was a little confusion at first with the rooms that we previously booked but they provided us with suites instead. It turned out to be great!

The location and the suit room are good.

There is nearly nothing in the kitchen, why do not put some cleaners ，duster cloth and even one more saucepan.

Loved the place will definitely go back

Staff was great, we needed a bottle opener and some glasses they we brought up in less than two minutes. Bed was very comfortable.
