The sea view and the hotel’s location right on the beachfront are absolutely wonderful. The receptionist who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. The private sun loungers on the beach were also a great bonus.

There were several small organizational issues that, unfortunately, became quite frustrating: * **Parking.** Parking is included, but when we arrived there was physically no space available, so I had to block another car. Of course, I understand that this is not directly the staff’s fault, but I would strongly suggest the hotel management considering a barrier, lockable parking posts, or another solution to prevent beach visitors from occupying spaces intended for hotel guests. Otherwise, hotel guests end up in unpleasant situations with other drivers – as happened to me when a Latvian guest was upset because he had to wait “too long” for me to move my car. Unfortunately, my phone had run out of battery late in the evening, which made the situation even more complicated. * **Beach administration.** My wife went to ask whether we could reserve two sun loungers and was told that there were no spaces available. When I came a little later, I was told, “Oh, you are hotel guests – then we can find two loungers for you.” This kind of inconsistency was quite strange. * I won’t even go into detail about the young employee who seemed to be left almost alone to deal with the chaos around the sun loungers, without much help from his colleagues. He was clearly doing his best in a very busy situation. * **The final disappointment came on the day of checkout.** After spending around €300 at the hotel restaurant during the evening, we were quite surprised that on a windy day, with plenty of empty sun loungers, we were told that because it was already after 12:00, we would have to pay **€90 for two loungers**. It wasn’t really about the money, but about the overall attitude and the impression it left at the end of our stay. In the end, we simply walked about 100 metres further along the beach and paid €14 for two loungers. None of these issues alone would have been a major problem, but together they created an unnecessary feeling of disorganization.

The beach front location was superb and the food is amazing

Parking is a little tricky as car park is shared with public visiting the beach but this is only a very minor difficulty and we always managed to park whenever we went travelling.

Location is exceptional- right on the beach, you sleep next to the sea, loved it. Great choices for breakfast, room has everything you want and more. The staff are very attentive too

The bed’s mattress was really dirty, also the sheets smelled weirdly.
