We had a problem with a noise and friendly staff solved this issue by offering room on different side of the building. Breakfast was good and even the hotel was fully booked, there was enough of food and empty tables to eat and do not rush.
Noise coming from ventilation systems from SPA is noisy when you open windows, so if you want fresh air and you do not want noise, choose room that has windows to the street, not to inside parking lot.

I did not feel like this hotel wants me to feel comfortable and stay for a longer time. Wellness oasis air is terribly cold, its hard to enjoy the pools as the water is not that warm and its frequently needed to warm up in sauna. Spa reception is on first floor while procedures happen on the second floor, its not pleasant to walk through the vestibule, conference room section in robes only to get to reception to then walk the whole way back to get to the second floor. The rooms are pleasant to look at but not well functional - there are so many light switches that the rooms should come with instruction manual on how to use them, still there is not enough light in the bathroom to put makeup on. There could be more hangers for towels and robes (had to put towels and robes in a large pile as our swimsuits were wet and drying on the second one, also talking about drying - the wall is heated but the heat is lower than how far swimsuits hang..). Toilet paper is dispensed in single leafs like at cheap places, its thin and uncomfortable to get out. Shower has no shelves for your own shampoo. Beds have odd second mattresses on top of them which are the way too soft and borderline uncomfortable.
