Clean and tidy for a one night stay to be close to station
A bit noisy not too much but can hear people outside of light sleepers

Good breakfast but needed to arrive reasonably early to have a good choice.
Rather cramped table and chairs
The receptionists were rather perfunctory in their manner. The exception was Chaimaci ( spelling?) who smiled and was friendly

The location was very good. The best part about the hotel is its location, as it is near Gare de l’Est station the connectivity makes you feel all good about the hotel
The front desk staff is not that warm. No help if you are a solo traveller with lots of luggage. I mean that’s what hospitality is about right. I would rate them a zero for it. I travelled with 5 bags two of which were 35 kgs each and rest around 11 kgs as am travelling here for a year. The front desk staff wasn’t courteous enough to give a hand. All this despite paying so much. Lack of empathy very robotic toned.
