Location and cleanliness
City tax was claimed and collected by desk personnel during check in. although the city tax was paid during booking and payment receipt was shown to the desk receiptionist.

Chosen this hotel as it was very convenient to reach Gare du Nord and take eurostar back to London. Room was bigger than expected, , bed was extremely comfortable as the mattress had a soft topper on the top, exactly what I need for my sore back. Staff at reception was friendly breakfast was good, there is no reataurant in the hotel but there are many places where you can eat till late nearby. I have nothing negative to say about this place, happy I chose it

This is Alice Lima's review. The room was very nice and the bed was great for my back. The maid was very kind and would try to do what you wanted. The staff also at the front desk was also very accommodating.
I didn't like that you cannot have hot chocolate or coffee served to you anymore. It kind of ruins the ambience of the dining room that you have to go to a machine to get this. I also did not like that they originally put me in a room that was very noisy with doors slamming. I am 70 years old and need a good night sleep. They did give me a new room that was fine. My roommate said they always gave you water but I had to keep asking for some. I hope that you can make these improvements.
