The expertise of the staff. Very helpful from our entrance to the breakfast room till we finished. Everything for breakfast from Porridge, fruit, juice. All types of bread. Really top class layout. Rashers sausages puddings eggs. Tea/Coffee. Hope I havent left anything out. Outstanding

I would like to raise two concerns regarding my recent stay. Firstly, I had specifically requested a wedding anniversary wish card and a bottle of wine to be arranged in the room, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled. Secondly, I found the staff to be unwelcoming, with an attitude that came across as arrogant and lacking a willingness to help. I have been booking different hotels through Booking.com for the past five to seven years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a disappointing level of service at a resort. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
