My room faced the marina & had access to a large balcony which would be lovely on a fine day. The room was spacious & well stocked with the usual - TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, cartons of water & even a floor standing fan (if needed!).
Check in was friendly & efficient, dinner in the bar was good, all of the staff were friendly & attentive. Guest wifi was perfect for phone use.
Having to pay an additional fee for green tea or a cappuccino at breakfast did not sit well, having paid €170 which included breakfast for 2 (I was a single occupant!) It soured the experience for me.

We liked the quiet location and the river and marina view was lovely. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent - we have stayed in hotels with higher stars that were not nearly as good as this.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice
I was woken up at 6am when kegs were being unloaded for the bar outside my window. It was very noisy
