Great location, just a minute walk away from Aoshima Station.
You can walk to the beach and there are plenty of eateries nearby.
The hallways are very warm in the summer.

The location was amazing - right next to the station and a couple minutes' walk from the beach and a conbini, restaurants etc. The value for money was great, and the accommodation was mostly really comfortable and well-equipped.
The futons we slept on both had mold on the bottom. Mold was growing inside the bathrooms.
The walls were pretty thin (honestly fine, but if that bothers you, be warned.)
Lastly, while one of my transgender friends was coming out of the empty shower rooms, a staff member told pointedly told them that they were in the wrong bathroom. These shower rooms are completely identical, are tiny and have locking doors, and have very small, easy to miss signage... It's an understandable mistake, but it isn't nice to feel like a social outcast while you're trying to go on holiday.
I can't recommend this place to LGBT (esp. genderqueer) travellers.
