It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! The staff who helped me get checked in (even though there was a glitch because of booking.com, not the hotel), although it did take some extra time. They were super apologetic and sweet.
Check in could have gone a little smoother and faster but apparently that was the fault of booking.com and not the hotel. People around me weren't having any trouble getting checked in.

The rooms were a great size
There was a large water bug climbing up the wall then I noticed a large space between the bottom of the door and the floor, which is how I figured the bug got in. I ended up placing a towel there to prevent any more pests from entering. Our manual lock was also broken. Finally not sure why there was 2 large garbage bags when we checked in on floor 3 near the elevator and they were still there when I checked out

Breakfast items varied and were nutritious. The dining room had ample seating. The kitchen staff polite and accommodating. Excellent coffee.
Breakfast schedule. The dining room closes too early. Consider extending it to at least 10:00 am on weekends?
