Wish it was worth the price

The location was perfect for where I needed to be

The smell of the air freshener was so strong it gave me a really bad headache. My room had 2 double beds, i peeled back the sheets of the first bed and it was wrinkled, then the 3 pillows had someone elses hair on them. I got into the 2nd bed and itched all night long. There were splatters of something on the bathroom drawers. I was really hoping for a good nights sleep due to travel and business, but I wasn’t so lucky.

Staff at the reception desk. I couldn’t ask her name but there was 2 ladies working at the reception counter and one of them was so rude and made a customer very uncomfortable.

Despite our anticipation to another Hyatt Place, the reality fell short of our expectations!

It's located in a great location and good meeting rooms. The room was spacious

Among all the Hyatt Place hotels we've visited this one stands out as the most dated and poorly maintained. Despite the spacious rooms the overall ambiance is marred by aging furniture, worn-out carpets, and dusty popcorn ceiling.

Overall a pleasant stay, but I felt cleaning of room could have been better.

The staff except for 1 person was beyond friendly and amazing . The overall room was a good size. Breakfast was amazing.

The carpets in our room were dirty, when room service came for cleaning, they had to be asked to do the vacuum and the second time around did not clean the washroom properly

Our stay was great.

My family and I did enjoyed our stay there, staffs were good breakfast was good, just the internet was not very good at some times.

The breakfast was so good! Large selection of hot and cold items. Comfy beds. Clean, spacious rooms. They were able to keep our 3 rooms, fairly close to each other.

The only thing we were bummed about on our stay, was the bar not being stocked in the lobby. We tried to get some drinks, and they didn’t have anything.

Safe to say, I will stay here again!

It was in a great location. Convenient to so many restaurants and shops. Most importantly, I felt safe! The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves for the majority of the day.

The elevators are more than likely original to the building and are excruciatingly slow.

It was good.

It was in a great location and the Wi-Fi was great. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of choices. The staff was nice and helpful.

The place is old. The bathroom doom door in our room did not work properly and the paint was pealing in some spots.

The first room they placed us in had a moldy ceiling , but they apologized & quickly moved us to another room. After

Pool was closed. There’s a policy that house keeping will only clean your room on the 2nd day of your stay, we stayed 4 nights and they came on the 3rd day which was annoying. When we returned from an outing on day 3 expecting made up beds and new towels it was aggravating that that wasn’t the case.

The breakfast was good…. The location of the hotel was 10 minutes away from the event that I was attending….

Room service could have been better…. No one came to clean our room for the duration of our stay…. Order than that everything else was great!!

Loved the accommodations as everything met and exceeded our expectations!! Will return again.

The location was perfect. Very safe, clean, and convenient location close to everything. The hotel was very quiet during sleep hours, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!! Staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast buffet well stocked and cleaned. My family and I loved our stay with the Hyatt!

There really was not anything negative that I can point out other than the staff not being able to provide the winning lotto numbers to us. :-) Everything was just perfect!!
