• Location was perfect; practically walking distance to Emory John's Creek Hospital.
• Had a defective microwave in my room, but was replaced with a brand-new one within hours.
• Housekeeping staff was very friendly & accommodating.
• One evening, the only available elevator (I guess they only have one elevator, of 2, operating at night) got stuck and I had to walk up the stairs to my room. Luckily, my room was on the 3rd floor. I did feel sorry for the guests stuck in the elevator, though. I don't know how long they were stuck.
• Breakfast is fairly varied, but I would suggest adding perhaps some muffins to the "carbs" offerings of just bagels & white bread.

It was close to everything
The night we arrived, the AC was broken in our room. With the heat of the room, it smelled so bad. The room was dirty and there was a dirty Band-Aid behind the bathroom floor door. And spiderwebs by the AC.
