The location, room size.
No ice machines. Even though the rooms has a refrigerator with a ice maker but you have to turn it on and wait for it to make ice. The hot water was lukewarm so a shower was out of the question. But really nice rooms.

Clean, convenient location
The guy at reception, he called twice our room asking to turn the volume down “due to some customers having issues with the music” which we did the first time and then he asked us to avoid taking this situation further. Never had any problems before and we travel a lot.
