Served it's purpose but would not stay again

The Location of the Hotel was good.

The Bar wasn't opened AT ALL!!! Rooms Smelled and just felt Musty....

Location to Ameris Bank.

The bed smelled like a sweaty man had slept in it prior to our arrival.

Location great but not sure I’d stay again

No breakfast included Bought a biscuit from there and it tasted like flour

Pool was dirty - no towels available - staff wouldn’t bring any - I personally had to take some out for everyone out there No bar open whole time Staff wasn’t friendly Room was fine

Breakfast - they were out of several food choices. My breakfast was missing the bacon when I opened it. Coffee station was not taken care of promptly.

Lovely!

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, pleasant with an updated design, it was close to down town and within walking distance to a great strip mall. The staff was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

Loved everything, wish breakfast was included and that there would be a microwave in the room The bathroom door was extremely heave and had issues closing and opening.

Staff good, but there were some issues.

Staff was friendly

Blinds did not work. They would not pull down - maintenance was called. They pulled the blinds down but then we could not open them to let in any sunlight the next day. It was frustrating.

Nice stay for a nice price

Property was very clean and staff was welcoming.

Room was not as spacious as I would have liked. Shower had no place for my own personal soap. Only had their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on wall. Would have been nice if there was a slot for my own personal soap.

Everything . Superb . Great service. Very clean room. Everything was perfect . Great smelling lobby and elevator. Clean and quiet neighborhood. We could walk to the shopping center.

Beautiful property in fantastic location.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff were polite and friendly.

Air conditioning didn’t get quiet cold enough. It was comfortable, but not really cool.

The good & the bad

The location was perfect and the room was clean.

I paid for an extended late checkout. Went out for brunch and my key would not work. Parked near my room and had to walk all around to the front. When I advised the desk associate...she said "oh" what time did you say??? And updated the key...no apology or anything. This was the same person who advised of cost for late checkout and too the info hours before.

I was unaware the room didn’t have a microwave, there were no trash bags in the trash can I guess I expected more.

Good

Staff was friendly, cool vibe and new facility. I like the Aloft concept and this one was spot on.

Only two knocks but they were important. One of the reasons I picked the hotel was for electric car charging and it was out of order. The second was no free breakfast (which I believe was advertised, if not my mistake) but worse the free coffee was empty at 8:45 and still not made at 9:00 AM by which time we had to hit the road uncaffeinated. :(
