Appreciated the shuttle service so much. It was our reason for booking. I called ahead to confirm it was available and was told it may not be due to general manager not always on property. I was upset, but you must have marked my reservation because when I checked in you immediately let me know that you had made it available. It was used by many guests, so thank you very much. I almost canceled my reservation though due to the first person telling me it might not be available. I think he could have handled it a little better like calling back or reaching out to somebody higher up to call me so I didn't worry about how I would get to the concert. Thanks.
The breakfast was very average. The eggs were not good and the ham was rubbery. Bacon would have been a better choice. Fresh fruit would be an upgrade as well as individual yogurt choices. Please consider marking food with ingredients or having allergy sheet available. Thank you!
