I didnt like when I checked out on the 31 how I was being harassed after I had it booked for check out at 1230 I kept ge

It had a balcony and kitchen and pool and the girl I checked in with on the 29 at 220 she was very pleasant that’s the only staff that’s great there

I didn’t like that I wanted new towels and I had to go and get it somewhere but I have been in hotels even the ragged ones and they come and ask me if I need towels or something but no one did so I had to stay with the same towels for three days need more work on hospitality

Will never choose to stay at a Sonesta again.

Room was in need of kitchen sink faucet repair (functional but not secured to the counter), toilet would flush but only if you took thr tank lid off, petrified dog poop found in the kitchen, room smelled like dog urine.

Don't even think about it.

It was open.

There was a strong smell of Marijuana all over the property. The room also stank like weed. There were people just hanging out on balconies smoking Marijuana. There was a person that was clearly living in a wrecked car in the parking lot, and there were cars parked there that obviously had not been moved in months. I'm showing photos of the cars as well as the filth on the sidewalk next to the door. It feels very unsafe, and there are several signs around the property to inform you that they are not responsible for valuables left in cars. Since they charge $6 for parking, you'd think that would cover a guard, or at least a camera and would prevent people from storing cars or living in them there. They also informed me upon arrival that they required a $100.00 deposit "in case I damaged the room." I'm a 70 year old Realtor driving a Mercedes. I'm not likely to damage a room that looks like a dump and is surrounded by people doing drugs. It was late, so I stayed. But I surely don't recommend that anyone book a room there. It's too bad. The general area around the hotel is upscale and safe.

Ŵould definitely recommend

My stay here has been amazing, clean, spacious rooms. Separate living area is wonderful. Breakfast is consistently tasty with a variety of items. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and coworkers

Pay to park $6 per night. Paking lot is usually full when I come in, so difficult to find a space. My room faced the pool, tennis court and grilling area so it was noisy at night so next time I would request a room away from that area.

We would stay here again,

We appreciated the breakfast and the suite set up.

There could have been more cleaning around the appliances, and we would have loved both a non pork meat option and pork during breakfast.

Very nice place to stay

Excellent location, very clean and apartment styled rooms. Very good pet friendly service. They provide change for the laundry room. Very pleasant staff. I love this place!

Another concern. Didn't see not one police cruiser come through during my stay.

I didn't have time to eat breakfast either day. We was in town for a bowling tournament and was always on the go.

My only concern was why I had to pay for parking? That didn't make sense to me. I paid for a room and have to pay for parking that was discouraging. I'll have to think twice about this property again if I have to pay for parking. What are we suppose to do? Uber or Lyft?

Great location! Friendly staff and nice environment. Plenty of restaurants within 1-2 miles. Pool was open early for the kids

Overall the hotel and the area was great but the staff was very unprofessional and with that being said I would not stay

I liked the rooms they were very nice and clean. Good location.

The staff is very unprofessional except one lady. When you call the front desk they act like they going to tell someone but they don’t. I called for maintenance to come change a light bulb (something so simple) some girl at the front desk told me “maintenance was busy”. Checked out 2 days ago and still have yet to receive my $100 deposit back 🤔

Attitudes of some employees, spider found in bed, not enough plates and no cleaning supplies in room, tv had no channels
