Disappointing

The location was perfect. So many restaurants and stores were nearby.

The room was not as clean as it should have been.

Bad

Wasn’t able to stay because they didn’t have my reservation. After talking to booking.com they were supposed to honor my room and get us settled but never received any confirmation for our room so we stayed elsewhere.

Great for the one night stay I had; breakfast was awesome!

Check-in was easy, the room was very clean and smelled nice, the shower was clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great and check-out was a breeze!

Not really a big deal, but there was a low spot in the floor where the desk was, so the drawers of the desk were constantly extended.

Great location and cost

the location was great for activities we were doing in the area. Also there are lots of restaurants including a Walmart within walking distance.

Our room was hot!! the ac did not work properly it literally was blowing a fan and the thermostat read 88 degrees. I called the front desk and was told no maintenance was on the property and there were no rooms available to change. This property honestly would have gotten a 10 if that room wasn’t so hot that ruined my stay.

Wish I had stayed somewhere else.

The staff seemed happy to accommodate I am unsure of the manager who made no effort to address my complaints at all.

They are renovating and I do not know the company in which they are using but the work is botched and unprofessional. The toilet paper holder is even crooked on the wall. Path work uneven paint and patches on the walls and doors. The location is great yet they need to do better with the money they are charging.

clean!!!

The bed was so so comfy, the room was clean upon arrival. Everyone was friendly and of course the chocolate cookies upon checkin were warm and delicious lol

I like everything staying again tomorrow!

It was a great value for a comfortable overnight stay, in a very good location.

Location near Ameris Amphitheatre was our main reason for booking. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, which is what would bring me back. The room was nice and the bedding was comfortable.

The room & bathroom were clean enough but there were a couple of hairs left in the shower, dust on higher light fixtures etc. Nothing major or gross; just not perfect.

Will never stay at this location again

Breakfast was not good at all and WAY overpriced.

Posted a review on google already, but the sheets were disgusting. Had stains on them that soaked through the bed, and it was clear they weren’t changed. Your employees didn’t even apologize, made us get and change our own sheets, and the carpet was sticky and wet. Nowhere remotely deserving of what you charge
