Spotlessly clean property in an excellent location. It had everything we needed. Breakfast hamper and supplies in the fridge was a very thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. Kathy our host went over and beyond to assist us during our stay. Will definitely be recommending the accommodation to family if visiting the area.
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Loved everything about our stay.

Absolutely stunning accommodation.
Spacious, modern & very homely.
Lovely continental breakfast plus extras inc 2 x Jura single malt scotch whisky, bottle of Prosseco plus some nice treats.
Location of the property is great, the X18 bus stop is 5 mins walk away, takes you all the way into Edinburgh.
We were there to see Bon Jovi at Murrayfield so this was perfect for our needs.
The host, Kathy, is lovely & catered to all our needs.
Definitely looking to book again so we can explore the city of Edinburgh.
