It was a self catering apartment so no breakfast to report on. Location great for us as we walked to Saltburn one day & Staithes the next so left our vehicle in the car park.
Apartment was fairly clean but the area around the toilet was quite dusty so not been cleaned, could do with some hooks in the bathroom & there were no coat hangers also tv signal absolutely shocking! Struggled to get any kind of signal & when we did we darent move as it interrupted any little bit of signal that we did have!

The location is perfect, a lovely quiet place, perfect for relaxing and amaizing walks across the beach.
Maybe a small, fenced area outside to sit and enjoy the evenings. Where the dogs are secure too.

Close to a lovely beach
Easy drive to local beauty spots
It wasn’t clean. There was approx 200 flies in the windows when we arrived and clear evidence of a maggot infestation as there were many unhatched ones around. There are no protectors on the mattress or pillow cases.
There was no iron and despite it being listed and then asking for one due to a wedding we have travelled 200mile to, no one was able to help.
The area it self is very rundown.
