The check-in process went well and everyone was very nice. Room was as expected. Shower maintained hot water for a long time, which was perfect after our long hike.

No lift to get bags up to second floor. One of the beds was uncomfortable.

The location.
The noise is heard all over the room whenever smb moves in the next room. No toilet paper was inside the bathroom, that tells a lot. But the continental breakfast was rather good. The check- in was super slow.
