Restaurant temp was chilly

Breakfast was excellent! service fixing phone and TV issues were resolved promptly.

Parking explanations were confusing to say the least! There should be some written or publish parking instructions prior to or at arrival.

The breakfast was very good and had an outstanding staff member (don't know his name). Close to many wonderful attractions!

Parking can be limited at certain times.

The room was spacious. The overall esthetic of the hotel was nice.

My room was clearly not cleaned when I arrived. There was a food wrapper on a chair, and a piece of a bathing suit in one of the drawers. The carpet was very dirty, and there were greasy spots on one table and sticky drink rings on the nightstand. I notified the front desk, and they sent someone up to clean the room. When I came back, they had emptied the garbage, made the beds and gotten fresh towels, but the surfaces and floors were still dirty. The swimsuit from another guest was still there, and a piece of my daughter's swim suit was now missing. They must have picked it up with the towels. I'm still waiting to hear if they've found it.
