we loved the overall atmosphere. Hotel location is calm and has easy access to both Marina and Alacati - The hotel is perfect for families and/or group of friends - the staff is adorable and helpful - breakfast is yummi and is included in the reservation even if not clearly mentioned.
a room for four guests or a family should have two bathrooms and a small kitchen. this was not the case unfortunately.

Удобная и уютная территория, расположен непосредственно на море с удобным спуском, ненавязчивый и при этом всегда готовый помочь персонал отеля. Приболела немного и ребята принесли мне лекарства и приготовили диетическую еду, которая была очень важна для того, чтобы поправиться.
Не хватало чайника и кружек, стаканов в номере. Розетки не на месте, это не очень удобно. А так все супер.

The staff were very helpful and the size of the rooms were also nice.
The hotel wasn’t clean at all, there were plumbing issues and we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily rather then that being the standard throughout. When they would clean our rooms it wouldn’t be up to par for example they wouldn’t change the bin regularly nor did they clean our toilet. The toilet was broken and so was the shower. The pool was extremely cold and full of floaties. As for the beach front, it’s not a beach you take the stairs into the water but it is cold and full of fish, you can’t go in without beach shoes either because you can hurt your feet with the things inside the sea. The breakfast was mostly stale and the options were limited. Location wise it was far from everything but you can take a bus (dolmus) from in front of the hotel to go to altinkum beach which was lovely or the cesme centre but we preferred alacati centre.
