Excellent shower and air conditioning. Quiet location at the weekend. Large bedroom and bathroom areas. Safety deposit box. Plenty of storage. Nice toiletries. Cold drinks vending machine in hotel lobby.
No reception staff seen in our 3-day stay. Room poorly cleaned, i.e. urine stained toilet lid underneath; bed linen soiled with an old blood stain (although this was promptly sorted the next day by some very kind and helpful housekeeping ladies); shower and soap canisters empty upon our arrival (again sorted by housekeeping); wasp nest under chair on balcony; balcony table dirty; bathroom mirror dirty; bathroom drawers dirty inside; only 2 toilet rolls supplied for our 3- day stay; no tea or coffee making facilities in the room; restaurant closed during our whole stay; no coffee vending machine in hotel lobby; self check-in too impersonal; no small fridge in room; bed too hard. Hotel has no personality due to lack of human presence, which is a real shame.

Large, like really large, bathroom, big balcony, lots of storage space. The additional bed (3 person room) was an actual bed. There was space on the ground to fully open a suitcase. AC, and different lights setting. Roller blinds on the outer side.

Bathroom in the 3 person room has a massive window into the room - it's partially covered with a fogged up sticker on the lower half, but the sticker had clear flower cutouts, so if someone's using the bathroom they're basically easily seen.
