Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. My room and bathroom were very nice.
Nothing really. Someone staying for several days might not like the restaurant renovation.

It was clean, comfortable and in a good location for us
There was nothing to dislike

The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. The bathroom was also good and the shower very powerful.
The staff were pleasant, check in and out was simple. The location wasn't bad, on the outskirts of Caen, but easily reached and parking was okay.
The hotel lacked any real facilities outside the room. You had to walk outside and down the road to the restaurant, there was no bar or any other facilities downstairs. Breakfast was uninspiring for a hotel of this quality. With some changes this could be a very high end hotel, but it feels like all the attention is on the restaurant and the hotel is an after thought. Plus it wasn't very cheap, we booked it expecting a little more luxury.

"Excellent parking, beautiful room, lovely inclusion of local “beurre salé” sweets to welcome us to Normandy."
